EY has amassed extensive experience in assisting public and private clients with their projects related to maritime, port, and inland waterways, which includes the implementation of technology, improvement of logistics, and driving innovation.

EY EPAS provides to the consortium its expertise on downstream space applications in the field of Inland Waterways. This expertise is especially focused on the market aspects such as the industry value chain, stakeholder consultations, user requirements collection and analysis, business models as well as knowledge of GNSS and EO applications used for Inland Waterways operations. On top of this, EY EPAS Brussels will provide communication and outreach support for the full duration of the project. . They will be contributing to the following tasks:

  • Definition of operational scenarios

  • Identification of user requirements

  • Identification and analysis of challenges and barriers for automated vessels

  • Outreach activities and Advisory Board
